No major walking today, just bit of a car trip with the Wee Pal and S to see Corsock House Garden. Aparently it is one of Scotland's most photogenic woodland gardens and I can believe it with various trees in differing and brilliant colours, there were also statues and figurines, mostly of animals, placed in the garden to provide a tactile and visual counterbalance to the obviously impressive trees, shrubs and plants.
Pity it seems to be open only once a year, it would be nice to see it throughout the year especially in autumn.
