Bubble & Squeak

Went to see my grandparents today and caught up with them. Grandma made Sunday lunch which was delicious! I was given the left over to take home though which excited me even more because as soon as I got home I made bubble and squeak! One of my favourite dishes! It tasted soooooo good it's taking everything in me to go down and eat the rest of it now! I made enough for my flat mate and I and he loved it too! We have just spent the night watching the Disney film G-Force and playing video games. Early night on the cards for me I think as I am really tired after a late night and busy weekend!

Oh and I am really glad Sweden won Eurovision last night. The guy was really hot and and aside from that it was a really good entry and good little performance!
