Ruggers!

Some friends of mine were camping in nearby Henley-on-Thames.  This morning I went over there to visit them over a cup of coffee and to check out the campsite.  I'm new to camping myself and am waiting for my new tent to arrive.  When it arrives, I hope to try it out on short trip close to home, so this site may be perfect for me!  

While mum and I were chatting, dad and son enjoyed a game of rugby.  As you can see, the setting is lovely, with lots of woodland, footpaths, and the Thames nearby.  Even though it's a school holiday this week, the campsite wasn't crowded, and it will be even less so once the kids are back in school.

Camping, here we come!
