3 blues and a hairstreak!

A trip to my favourite place today with Rosie to have a quick look at the Duke of Burgundy's which were still flying albeit a bit tatty. There were loads of butterflies to be seen, despite the increasingly cloudy conditions, and Rosie has wonderful 'spotter's eyes' which is really helpful. 
Today's blip is a tiny Small Blue Cupido minimus, Britain's tiniest and probably most feisty butterfly, constantly guarding his territory. but I have included in my extras a Common blue, and a Holly blue and a beautiful Green Hairstreak What a day!
Despite all these wonderful butterflies Rosie preferred the lizards bless her!!!
