Eric Ravilious in Morecambe ...

After a splendid afternoon tea at The Midland with former colleagues ... we wandered around looking at Eric Gill's work and the remaining piece of Ravilious's work here in Morecambe. This stylised Lancashire coast is a treat to the eye ... not sure why this young man is here though. Such a shame the other room of his work self destructed very soon after he painted it.
