Baby on my doorstep...

Having just left the nest, this sweet little bird came knocking at my door to nest in our home.  Little did she know that lurking  just on the other side was Lady Luck (our cat) waiting to welcome her....

But no worries, the story ends with a smile.  While young, our adorable little bird was wise too and flew off on her newly discovered wings to find a feline free home!!  Oh how I love "happily-ever-afters!!"
