I'm feeling a lot better this evening...after a tough day at work keeping my buttocks clenched, sorry T.M.I. to the nth degree!

I managed to finish early so I took Mr C for a very overdue weekend-style wander.

Found these two in the garden when I got home. The first ladybirds I've ever seen in my garden, I think. Very glad to see them too.
