Filled enough holes in one Coach House bedroom to start splashing some paint around - just as soon as I've finished masking all the edges of the varnished wood.

Need more filler.  You'd have thought three pots would have sufficed.


Eyeing up the zillions of cans of paint in the basement - I fear the room may be magnolia-dominant as there's a small lake of it, probably with random walls painted in random colours (if any of them turn out to be usable).  

Still, it's not us who have to sleep there.
