Scilla Peruviana

This plant is a member of the Hyacinth family and although it sounds exotic the "Peru" connection relates to the name of the ship which first brought the bulbs to the UK from Spain in the 1680's. The flower head is comprised of a number of tiny flowers, and the extra shows a more complete view of it. Back to normal now so will try and catch up with commenting over the next day or so.
