Dunvegan Castle

This week we are on the lovely Isle of Skye off the West Coast of Scotland and today we visited the historic Dunvegan Castle which has been home of the Chiefs of Clan MacLeod for 800 years. The castle itself was very interesting with many ancient relics and the gardens were well worth a visit.
Unfortunately the sun forgot to shine through the grey skies hence the attempt to hide the sky with branches.
With a middle name of McLeod named after my great grandmother I was of course keen to see the clan headquarters!
