Fire in the darkness

I thought this looked very dramatic and needed a dramatic title…! Saw this bright rose growing against the dark backdrop of a thorny bush and couldn’t resist a blip.

Felt pretty good today, got a few things done here and there; Dad’s got this week off but we’re not going to try going out today, Bank Holiday traffic makes it pointless! Weather hasn’t been that great anyway.
