Cornflower.....or something else?

Was in the garden this evening looking for a Blip, I have seemed to struggle of late to get a blip-a-day so I am trying to make a concious effort.
Caught this cornflower in macro and realised the centre could easily pass for some strange under water creature.....maybe I have a vivid imagination.
