Went for a walk around the pontoons at Largs marina on the West coast of Scotland.

This lovely motor sailer, 7 berth with diesel engine and sails is on offer for only £45,000.

Even if I could afford the boat the marina costs and upkeep are  very expensive for all the use it would get.
