Here at Comuna 13, a neighborhood which has had all difficulties in the world and generally known as the most violent neighborhood in Medellin. Our friends couldn't believe we were coming here, but here we are, playing with velcro in the streets where bullets used to fly, all possible thanks to the hard work of its people and the city to recover from years of violence with law-enforcement initiatives and innovative public investments.
