It wasn’t until episode three that I discovered this radio programme, back in 1978.  I laughed and laughed and laughed.  Which was good, because there was not a lot to laugh about then; the UK, France, USA and the USSR all tested nuclear bombs that year.  

Apart from The Rutles ‘all you need is cash’.  Which also made me laugh.  A lot.
