..our resident Blue Heron. The day was disappearing on me so popped down to the lake and spotted William, he soon saw me and flew across to the next jetty....the ducks made a speedy retreat.

The fantails were flitting around and spent some time trying to catch them in flight...but very unsucessful, they are just so fast. 

Very cool here today, half expected to see a dusting of snow on the mountain, but we missed it.
