Rainbow Rays

The dog and I took a walk along part of the Upper Taylor River tracks. Our route was limited as the Council is currently carrying out extensive repairs and strengthening of the river banks on the true left. These areas were badly eroded by extreme flooding in the last two years. There are trucks and diggers and bulldozers busy working away to reinstate the river banks and berm. This image was captured from the large stepping stones further upstream. The low sun made for some fascinating rainbow rays.
