LAST DAY UP NORTH....

.....it's gone far too quick :(
#My eldest niece (and God daughter) was off work today so she joined us at Cherryburn...a national trust house. Think they were just happy to see the donkeys!!! Although playing with a broom and pitchfork proved as much fun too!!!!
#Here she is contemplating her future as a farmer!!! And...
#Trying to help her younger sister fly her kite....it did fly just not for long :(
Then after dinner it was time to wave good bye to them and...
#The Angel of the North.
#We stopped for coffee and "she who was in charge" said we could have a costa one and not from a flask!!!!!
Then the fun began....road closed....no direction from police which way to go....no Sat Nav connection but instead a lovely tour through some beautiful English villages!!!
#Super driver did most of the journey!!!
#crossing the Thames....nearly home.

HAPPY....for a lovely day with my gorgeous nieces,sister and Mum xxx
