Leaning on a lampost

Last match of the season today, sadly didn't end with a win, but it didn't matter at all. As often happens, it gave the manager a chance to blood some youngsters and a chance to say goodbye to some players, including our club captain, Russell Anderson, who is retiring. 
Today's Blip is one of the cartoonists for The Red Final, Gordon Reid, selling the last of the last issues. He is leaning on the lamppost as he has a bad hip.
After the game I went back home and picked up Michaela and then we went into the cinema to see the latest Avenger movie. The extra photo is the scene within Union Square car park where the cinema is.  

The  latin choice today is the band that first got me into this type of music.I was introduced to it by my brother in New York. He had the pleasure of seeing them when Ry Cooder first took them over from Cuba.
This particular song was played at our father's funeral 5 years ago.
