Apfelstrudel...

...after I had 'tidied away' the last slice.

Spent a bit of time today booking some complicated flights for our nine year old granddaughter who is coming to visit us in August. We glimpsed her briefly during two short visits last year, but the last time we spent with her properly seems so long ago. I'm counting the sleeps already. 

Planting out some veg in the community garden this afternoon then son and heir came for dinner - hence the apfelstrudel.  

The Prof and I are off for a cheeky wee mid week break tomorrow - hope to  spend time with the camera.
