Competition Weekend Day 2

Yesterday was spent sitting on hard uncomfortable chairs at the Emirates at the Karate competition and today was spent sitting on hard uncomfortable benches at the pool for a swimming competition. Managed to get this sneaky picture during the warm up. L did really well and has clocked up another 3 pbs!
