Car service

So today I took my car in for it's first service.
It was not the experience I was expecting. The garage was immaculate, a lady with a clip board met me on arrival, she greeted me by name and I didn't need to get out of the car. She then advised me which bay to park in & who was going to look after me & my car. Joseph 'checked in' my car and checked my contact info. He told me when my car was serviced, washed and cleaned he would call me.
I walked out kind of stunned.
Pick up was just a pain free apart from the bill!
