Summer splurge

Today was odd. A hungover morning followed by a visit to my aunt and uncle. My uncle has been struggling to breathe since last night but they wouldn't admit him until 1pm today. Despite them both having no sleep and spending the majority of the night worrying that if he slept he wouldn't wake up again...
The hospice wouldn't accept his as when he filled out his wishes form last week he said he didn't want to go into a hospice. He then had to change his wishes with 3 different people before he could be admitted for some much needed oxygen.
Of course we were all upset and me and my cousin took it a little hard. His eldest son had his two children there so Tim and I took them out for a few hours so they could all sort their heads out.
We were absolutely shattered by the end of it, we usually have aleena for a few hours- not two boys! We were dead!
We took them for some lunch, bought them magazines and filled them with chocolate before sending them to their other set of grandparents so AJ could spend the evening with his dad.

Yesterday was weigh day and I'm hoping to be a dress size smaller in 3-4 weeks, so I bought lots of motivational summer clothes. Fingers crossed!

Chicken and veg for dinner, a 3 mile walk and a night in front of the TV. Happy Saturday blippers xx
