I cut the grass today and realised that I had loads of rhubarb in the back garden.

I was going to make crumble but I dropped loads of sugar into the pot!!!

So I improvised - I make a simple sponge. Just whipped eggs and flour, with some stewed rhubarb and apples.

I think made a crumble too and cream!!

Then trying to make it look fancy I did this! It's all that watching masterchef!!
