Out with RSBP group from Forth Valley to Blackness and Boness today. Weather lovely but hot during some of the walk, Spots House Sparrows, Dunlin, Ring Plover , pair of Kestrel's, Shelducks  Whitethroats and Sandwich Terns. Nice day out.
