Branches at Eas Fors, Mull

On our last day on Mull today Mr hazelh and I did the 'Tour du Nord de l'Île': a loop from Dervaig to Salen, then from Salen to Ackleck, and back over the hills to Dervaig again. We stopped off twice: for scones in Salen, and then at the Eas Fors waterfalls where I took this photo.

In bird news we saw another golden eagle. For the bird count there are two new entries:

58. Great tit
59. Greater spotted woodpecker

I was delighted to discover that my puffin picture from Wednesday has made it onto the 'popular' pages. I don't think that this honour has ever been bestowed on any of my blips before, so thank you everyone for all the favourites and stars!

Exercise today: 35 miles on the tandem.
