Rock Ptarmigan

Woke up 4 a.m. and drove to nearest mountain I know. It was beautiful morning and stunning scenery. Very windy though and there was so much snow still that I couldn't do the planned 19 km route. Only 11 km this time. Saw quite a few of these ones but taking pictures was not that easy.
