3 sheets to the wind

I am not sure if you are familiar with this saying. It implies having too much too drink, which has nothing at all to do with this Blip. 

The 3 sheets in question here are the flags over the jet ski base in Grau d'Agde. And they are certainly in the wind, as you can see. It is still blowing a hooley here and I've had enough of it, thank you.

By the way, the flags say, Yamaha in reverse.
