Pretty flowers

Had a walk to the post office this morning (or yesterday, as I'm back-blipping). There are loads of beautiful flowers about at the minute, sadly most of them are in people's gardens and I can't photograph them without trespassing... these, however, were tumbling over someone's garden wall.

In the evening, we went to my in-laws for my pop-in-law's birthday. Ate some good food and had a catch up. 

Looking forward to a bank holiday weekend with hubby. We plan to watch my friend's band tomorrow and Sunday is our wedding anniversary - we don't have much money to celebrate, but we are hoping to get a takeaway and watch a film. Maybe even stretch to a bottle of wine.
