Zonked....

Have spent most of the day in bed with another migraine , which I'm not happy about. I've had nearly two weeks without one and was feeling great.
All I could blip is this of Banjo with his carrot, I was helping Dave get some dinner, I felt like a steak with mashed potatoes and veges ... I often feel like this type of meal after a bad head.
