Rose-breasted Grosbeak--female!

She's so different from her male counterpart, but quite elegant nonetheless (I find).  We were at the second and concluding field outing of my bird photography workshop, again at Les Campbell's wonderful property. Fewer birds today, but the three participants were again able to take advantage of Les's setup of strobe lights to photograph humming birds, which they greatly enjoyed.
