Three Musketeers

Rowan is off on his outward bound school trip for the weekend. He's be canoeing, kayaking, zip wiring, wall climbing etc. Having lots of fun in any case.

I was rota'd off work today so after doing Body Pump then walking Hovis around Haigh Hall with my friend Kath and her dog, Ruby, I went down to the school to wave Rowan off. He came running up to the railings with his two buddies, Jack and Ben. Rowan sneaked walkie talkies into his suitcase so I can guess they'll be causing havoc!

Also visited my Auntie Pam today. She is in a home now and has been diagnosed with lung cancer (to go along with all of her other problems!). She also has a positive outlook and we always have a giggle.
