Blip tastic day

Set off bright and early to go on a blip meet today. Having located where was about equidistant we arranged to meet Babydays at dyrham park.

Good journey there. Arrived.

It took Munchie and J about ten minutes to suss eachother out then they happily played shared and had fun together for the whole tine. Wom and A also had great fun too.

Fab play area which kept everyone entertained for ages, amazing trip up to the roof, high vis jackets for all. Lovely lunch and a bus ride back up the enormous hill to complete the day.

I got scared when we were getting down the hill, steep hill. Each time I went to go down, the wheel of the travel system went one way, whilst I was trying to go the other way, team work saved the day,

Journey home was grim. M5 closed due to accident. Came off just before the congestion to cut across and the road I needed was closed due to roadworks. Three hours later I got home, should have taken hour fifteen!

Blip has given me many things, a memory of the children growing up, a quiet time each day when I reflect back on the day but also fabulous friends. Thank you Babydays for a wonderful day.
