Applecross boat pull team

I had heard through the grapevine, well twitter, that the Applecross boat pull team challenge for 2015 was to pull the 'boat' 50 miles around the Black Isle from Glen Ord , through Cromarty, Rosemarkie , Fortrose and finishing at North Kessock RNLI Lifeboat Station tomorrow, so we thought we would go to Cromarty to see if we could see it and just as we were entering Cromarty there they were. The team of 11 are raising money for RNLI Lifeboats, Childrens Hospice Association Scotland and Highland Hospice.
We had lunch in The Pantry, mushroom soup and a bacon, brie and cranberry sauce Panini.
The cloud has just started to clear, 3.30pm and the sun is out, hope it lasts :)
