Bread and Butter Pudding

Needed a quick dessert for this evening, so decided to make a bread and butter pudding using the chocolate chip loaf I made on my baking course at Cinnamon Square last week. No need to butter the bread, as it was a brioche dough and plenty buttery already. Sliced into triangles, tub of ready-made custard poured over - job done! 
Note to self: plan a nice walk over the weekend to work off some of those calories.
