Great Crackling rackets.

Here is Luke again. What you don't get from this picture of calm tranquility is the noise.
Luke is working in the basement and I'm working two floors up. All day long I can hear his radio blasting bbc radio 6, puntuated regularly by the hum and fizzing crackle of his welding torch. Then the metallic hammering as he knocks off the lumps.
He meditates every morning before work and sees the repetition of his job as a kind of zen mindfulness experience. It's alright for him.
