One man up(manship)

One of the boys couldn't make training so Martin from the men's squad joined the crew causing much hilarity and teasing from his teammates as to whether he'd be able to keep up.... and as one wit pointed out, the youngest oarsman at 15 had a far more impressive beard than the oldest.

Someone flicking through my blip suggested I take more diverse photos 'there are too many rowing ones, people will think you don't do anything else in your life' - hmmmm.... exactly! I've sometimes struggled to choose a photo when I've had a great shot vs a worse image but one that features my family or something very personal however humdrum. I have to say I've tended to go for the family one as my main impetus for doing this is to have that day to day record, however boring that may be.... but maybe I will try and spice it up a bit, you never know..... (just don't hold your breath)
