Downtown....

What a lot of walking I've done today! My brother in law, Bill, is a Toronto man born and bred and knows a great deal about the history and the workings of his home city, so this morning he took my sister's partner, Chris, and me for a guided tour of his favourite parts of the city.

It was beautifully sunny and I had a great day - meeting up with my sisters for lunch and resuming our tour in the afternoon.

Here's the Gooderham Building - or Flatiron building as I thinks it's known.

I took this photo with my phone - I like the rather odd 1930's magazine look to the colours - I have no idea what happened there!
