Tired and weary

Two and a half hours of tough, tough tai chi this evening. Lots of fine tuning of the form followed by some intense work on the spear form - it's finally sinking in to my mushed brain when I should turn, kick, jump and what direction to point the pointy stick in. After that we did lots and lots and lots of pushing hands, then topped it off with soft sparring techniques.

We also did some meditation in the middle of it all... but that was just because I was moaning about sore shoulders and our instructor decided to be kind to us. And yes, I am aware my shoulders are sore because I'm not doing things properly and need to relax and be soft, I do get the theory but my shoulders wont listen!
