Elsewhere in the madness of the day Sunderland avoided defeat against Arsenal and are now safe from relegation, a sigh of relief till this time next year. Dick Advocat the iron man of football management did his stuff in his brief few games in charge. At 67 years old he'd never been reduced to tears by the game, 8 games as Sunderland manager and he's weeping for all to see. Now you know how I feel...... every year!
