Leftover Tilapia

Dinner today was superb. I had my leftover tilapia from the dinner last night. Looks deceiving but that tilapia is all done from the other side. It is all covered in bell pepper, onion and the very spicy but tasty tomato-based sauce.

Finished a good subsection of my thesis introduction today at the library. Now onward to more subsections and journal article reading.
