Light at the end of the tunnel

Four weeks ago I passed out three times in half an hour, the emergency doctor said I had a virus that caused me to severely dehydrate thus causing me to pass out.
When I fainted the first time I fell on my back right on my spine between my shoulder blades . Now I'm back at work part time and getting out walking again so there really is light at the end of the tunnel .
