White Rose

This is Karen Blixen rose.  Our roses are beginning to bloom and they look pretty good so far.  This isn't my favorite rose because it is doesn't do well, but that may be because it isn't planted in a good sunny location.  The Mr. Lincoln rose has a lovely bloom and it has a very strong, sweet fragrance, but it isn't a favorite of mine either, because the flowers bloom very fast and they they are gone quickly.  The blooms have no staying power.  But, Bill loves it, so old Abe can stay in the garden.

I enjoyed the last show of Dancing with the Stars, America's version of Strictly Come Dancing in the UK.  It certainly has come a long way from the very first season.  It was a lovely little dance program and now it's a PRODUCTION!  Wow, they pull out all the stops and the entertainment value is a lot of bang for the buck.
