Waiting for his laundry to dry. Colorado has a large hispanic population. Originally, many traveled here to work the row crop farms as well as the huge dairy farms located here. Some of the laborers are no longer needed due to the GMO crops that are now planted. Colorado is friendly toward undocumented workers even so, many left because there just aren't that many construction job available as well.
