Chelsea

I went to Chelsea Flower Show today with my specialist nurse group. I hadn’t been before and it was on my list of “challenges / things to do” this year.

We had a great time. It was difficult to see at times and get photographs that didn’t have bits of bodies or a camera at arm’s length, but it didn’t really matter.  We manage to beat the weather as it only rained when we were indoors. We also managed not to lose anyone, a bit tricky in the crowds!! I will be counting to 6 repeatedly in my dreams tonight :0)

I’ve got lots of ideas for the new garden and came back to look at the old garden with a degree of pride, as it’s not bad for an amateur!!  I didn’t agree with all of the awards, some of the prizewinning gardens looked a bit like a collection of weeds!!
