Back Blip (catching up):  Today we started a task we've been talking about doing for years (it's needed it for quite a while), repainting the house trim.  Sounds easy enough until you take into account the trim on the very top the house that only the tallest of ladders will reach, and a husband who wants to do it right.  Doing it right to him means, scraping and sanding the old paint, washing, priming everything and then hitting it all with another 2 coats of paint.  Throw in some rotten boards that need to be replaced and you've got yourself quite the project.  As this is a back blip, we have just completed the priming and are ready to start the first coat of paint.  Hours and hours into it, with many to go. . . can't stop now.
