Take me out to the ballgame....

.... take me out to the park!

The flight yesterday was comfortable and easy. What a difference flying direct from Glasgow to Florida. We got through the airport reasonably quickly and picked up our hire car. We did battle with the hire company who wanted to add another hundred dollars to our bill so we could use toll roads automatically rather than pay as we go. We turned them down, I hate that hire companies always try and sell you something extra.

After arriving at our apartment, we headed out to a local Sports Bar for a beer and a bite, before hitting bed.

Of course we woke up early today, but that was fine as we unpacked and got our bearings. Checked the pool out and then headed to St Petersburg and the ballpark. We enjoyed watching the home team (Tampa Bay Rays) beat the Baltimore Orieles!

Back for a dip in the pool and now trying to keep our eyes open and not goto bed too early!

A great start to the holiday.
