Zürich

Our stay in this city was just as an overnight stop-over as we continued our way by rail. We had no more time than to take a late afternoon wander along a portion of the Limmat River and some winding, old town alleyways.

We found it a very, very expensive city in which to stay; more expensive than anywhere else we've been.
