little black chicken...

we get all sorts brought to us at the hospital. This would have to be one of  the most curious. a lady brought us this tiny chick- a domestic hen. She had found it on one of our busiest roads in the middle of the city. i have had it at home- very tame and very cute, but I think I have found it a home with a young lass- she may take it to school to live. Apologies for the dirty face- it spends all day poking in its whole head in its food dish.
