Long Beach, CA

This is the view from the hotel that I'm staying at for a conference this week. The ship in the distance is the RMS Queen Mary. We actually stayed on the ship many years ago - we had an amazing dinner and were entertained with a haunted ship tour late at night. We did not encounter any ghosts despite all the stories. :)

I was tempted to walk down to the water today but I am just too tired. Tomorrow...
